You sit at your desk and you are frustrated about the correspondence you must organize and send? It makes sense.
For a business, time is money. In My Office we are aware of that, that’s why we have developed a special service of conventional correspondence handling for our customers.
By undertaking the handling of conventional correspondence:

  • We write letters and post them to the recipients, on your behalf
  • We send envelopes to the recipients that you indicate to us, notifying you and the recipient by email or by SMS.
  • We send mass mail – invitations by follow-up (calling recipients)
  • We dispatch by courier

    Mail Handling Price List

    1) Monthly Mail Handling Plans (Monday – Friday 08:00–22:00)
    Price list for handling your inbound/outbound mail in our premises.
    An additional fee of 12€ applies per courier service for handling mail out of our premises (e.g. visits to post office or other boxes, transportation companies etc.)

    • We ‘ll can scan each letter into a pdf file and email it to you (at no charge for <20-pages pdf)
    An additional fee of 12€ applies per courier service for handling mail out of our premises (e.g. visits to post office or other boxes, transportation companies etc.)

    Supplementary Information

    • (1) Automatic upgrade (per month) to a higher plan, if it is more cost effective for you
    • (2) Once your prepaid plan has been used
    • Postage/shipping/courier costs are charged separately to above costs
    • Post office box (60€+VAT 24% per year) costs is charged separately
    • We email/fax to you a daily itemized report of your correspondence
    • A deposit of 1,5 x monthly fixed fee (of the selected plan) is required
    • There is a 3 months minimum subscription period for clients that have used the 15 days free trial period and decide to carry on
    • There is a 1 month minimum subscription for clients that join My Office without using the free trial period
