Here are four scenarios of further management and service by using the service IVR-Autodialer Campaign:

  • 1. The calledparty have the ability (by pressing the corresponding key on their telephone handset) to hear your message again. Ideal solution for promotions, pre-election campaigns, mass notification and information actions.
  • 2. The calledparty can either rehear the message, or connect with one of your/our representatives. Then, the call is automatically diverted to the phone number you have stated. Perfect solution for Promotions with bidirectional communication, Telemarketing & Telesales, Voice Conferencing.
  • 3. The calledparty may either rehear the message, or leave a recorded message, which you will receive by email to the email address you have stated. Perfect solution for the Coordination of Working Groups, mass notification and information actions.
  • 4. The Survey Campaign of the Autodialer service, calls all recipients and transmits a multiple choice questionnaire which you have already created. The calledparty answers questions by pressing the appropriate keys on their telephone handset. The results of the questionnaire are automatically collected and presented altogether with graphs.     • Autodialer Campaign is implemented by My Office.
    • To spend all of your credits, the campaigns can be at max as many as the number of the campaigns in the last column. E.g. the package 5 has a maximum of 3 campaigns. If you wish to have more campaigns the charge is 30€/campaign.
    • Buy more credits without any expiration date and save money!
    • Unlimited number of outgoing call recipients.
    • If the predetermined duration of one minute (1′) per recorded message is exceeded, there will be an extra charge per minute depending on the type of the (mobile or fixed) telephony.
    • The service consumes 1 credit per minute for calls to fixed-line phone numbers and 3 credits per minute for calls to mobile numbers.
    • Calls made by the system up to three times without successful results (because the receiver didn’t not respond to any of the three attempts), consume 1 credit from your account for each missed call.
    • To contact a representative (see the 2nd management scenario below) an additional 1 credit per minute is consumed if the representative uses a fixed phone line and 3 credits per minute if he uses a mobile phone.
    • Your contact lists will be given to us in an MS Office Excel file based on specifications suggested by My Office, so as to be suitable for their automatic import into our IT system.
    • The texts that will be used during the campaign will be given from you in MS Word or Notepad files.
    • Once the campaign has been completed, detailed reports are provided per telephone number, showing the exact time and call duration, as well as all the telephone call stages.
    • All prices and charges are subject to 24% VAT
